Breakfast: Egg beaters with shredded beef, onions and cheddar cheese

Lunch: Salad (spring greens) with balsamic, croutons and a string cheese

Dinner: Romaine salad with balsamic, shrimp, croutons. Garlic bread x3

Dessert: Sugar free popsicles
