Day 4 was a drag. Was way too hot in the afternoon to run, but dragged my ass out on the trail anyway. Jumped on the scale today and weight in at 196.5, so apparently this is working a little bit. Looking forward to cheat Friday since I get to eat and drink whatever I want.
